Client:

Huntington Beach Union High School District

Project Name/Assignment:

District-Wide Classroom Learning Technology

Challenges:

  • Extremely fast track project requiring every classroom at six District campuses to be completed within 60 calendar days.
  • DNG managed the schedule through significant project modifications and change orders.
  • DNG developed assembly line techniques which provided the efficiencies necessary to completed this project on-time.

Solutions:

A project with this narrow time frame would typically have been divided up between multiple contractors. With the advent of DNG’s training academy, processes were developed to maximize efficiencies, reduce waste and increase the likelihood for success.

  • Collaborative and Digital Learning Classrooms
  • Video Conferencing and Virtual Meetings
  • Conference Rooms and Presentation Systems
