Design/Engineering

DNG’s A/V systems engineers are highly certified, qualified and experienced to translate the client’s vision into a functional system design and implementation strategy. The design approach includes facility audits, cognitive models, use cases, and product research, specification, and coordination with the industry’s leading manufacturers.

Project Management

“Be brilliant on the basics” is one of our fundamental drivers. That means on time, on-budget, and on-scope project delivery. Critical to measuring and monitoring this are the project team oversees in Project Management. The PM oversees the entire project from start to completion, including defining the work, building and managing the implementation plan, managing risk, overseeing project documentation, ensuring the quality of workmanship, and keeping an eye on the daily project metrics (dashboard) to ensure that project completion dates and cut-overs are met. DNG assigns one of (13) full time Project Managers to every single project.

Service and Support

Installation perfection does not necessarily guarantee uninterrupted system operation. So, in the rare events that an operational glitch is detected, clients have come to love DNG’s one-year “No Questions Asked” response to customer service needs. This program also includes a preventative maintenance program to detect possible product failures BEFORE they occur. (This extremely popular program is also extendable to support a multi-year program if desired). DNG’s goal is to ensure that installations operate 99.999% of the time. And if they don’t, we’ll be there on-site to remedy the situation no matter what created the problem.
